Brewer's Station is a mixed-use development where the major building groups are organized North-South by Brewer's Neck Road and East-West by natural wetlands.  Conceptually, the objective is to create a built environment evocative of the agricultural heritage of Isle of Wight, VA, while accommodating multiple land-uses and a rich variety of real-estate products.
